"I booked a flat in station 11 of Aliens space station project, agreement is done in year 2011 and as per AOS at end of year 2012, flat will be delivered. However work did not progress and even now there is no progress, right now it is December 2014. There is slip of 2 years, had met AG management on this. They say it will take two more years for completion. That is delivery of flat is postponed to 2016.

They say I need to pay additional 14-15Lakhs for value addition, I was not sure why I need to pay additional amount for purchased flat. And this is against agreement purchase cost. Top of this this I have got flat registered the flat.

So in summary they expect me to wait till 2016 for getting flat delivery and pay additional 15 Lakhs.

Another issue, my banker sanctioned lesser amount as part of home loan[Reason: market value of project is less], when I said to management that I cannot fill up gap and I need banker to fund so I can through EMIs. But management convinced that I can pay difference at time of delivery of flat. I accepted it. But now they demand I need to pay this amount or they will keep my flat for sale. They now say it is must to clear.

Eventually after facing/experiencing these things felt it is better to take legal path, have filed a case against Aliens Group.

My hard earned money stuck and its my life time savings..paying EMIs even now. There is very less support from banker also, they just want interest on amount disbursed.

People: Please read and take wise decision, am the owner of flat and not a competitor who is posting this. One can make out whether it is employee of AG management/owner/competitor by reading the post content.

Aliens fraud : Story so far --By Rishi Kapoor

I have booked a flat in Aliens Space station in 2009 ( Station 3, flat 1515) with a delivery date in 2011, but till date the station work is not even started. I have paid 21laks ( 50% of the booking amount). Alien’s guys only want money, they took 50% of the cost from me in first 3 months but now when we are asking for status or refund, they are laughing at us or asking to shift by paying more.

These guys are playing with Indian Judiciary system. They will never respond to your calls or mails. They are targeting NRIs so that they will not enquire about project that is why they are putting their stalls in Singapore and other countries. Beware of these guys…they are the most untrusted company I have come across in my life.

I have taken the legal rout 1 year back and the case is in National Commission.

I (Koppala Rajesh Babu) booked flat no. 260 - Station 10 in Aliens Space Station#1 in June 2012 with a commitment by Aliens group (in AOS and Bank Tripartite Agreement) to hand over the flat by June 2014 with 6 month grace period. But still physically there is no adequate progress and seems that it is not going to complete in near future.

On 27th July when i spoke to Ashok (9966234333) Aliens customer care executive, I was surprise to hear from him that there is no schedule plan for station 10, As a customer who invested 2 years back in this project, paying huge interest to the bank, hearing this from a customer care executive of Aliens group is not a good sign, I felt very bad and lost hopes on this project.

Non refund of advance paid money for flat no. 601 & 420 in Aliens Space Station#1, Hyderabad by M/S Aliens Group. – Reg

I and my son have booked two apartment flat no.601 in station#1 Vide A9/SS/959 dated 23/06/2009(Total cost of flat-Rs.37,03,425/-) and flat no.420 in station#3 Vide A9/SS/918 dated 23/05/2009(Total cost of flat-Rs.38,73,353/-) in Aliens space station#1,Tellapur,Hyderabad(Telangana) in 2009 by paying Rs.1851713/- in 2009 and Rs.1587500/- in 2009-10 respectively (which is 50% of total cost for two apartment) through SBI Loan (A/C No.30878114755 & 31038291213 respectively) with a commitment by aliens executives to hand over in 2012. We are asking to return our money with bank interest of 18% (same as builder imposed for customer in AOS) of five years, which works out to be Rs.75, 09,343/. But Aliens is neither returning money nor giving apartment. We want our money back with bank interest or apartment in the same cost as per AOS.

This is for kind information and necessary action please.

I booked flat in Aliens in Oct 2011 (St 1-402) with the deliver date of Aug2012 and as of now they have not started also. When asked they said they will shift me to st6/14 at double cost of my flat. i have invested all my savings here. and paying huge EMIs for nothing in hand.

They also inveited couple of times at golf course event to share my pain points but they took my family photos and posted in Times of India front page 2-3 times along with other families with there own statements like " this is the best pace to live....so on" when asked abt this with them they told you shd be happy that u family photos are coming in newspaper.

I already filed a case and waiting for results.........

NEVER EVER TRUST THESE ALIEN CLOWNS

I booked a 3BHK(Station 4. Flat no. 622) in so called ‘your most prestigious project’ Aliens SS1 on 30/09/2008 paying full amount of Rs. ~57 lakhs hoping project to complete by December 2011 as promised by Alien cheaters.

When I visited India in 2009, I was not satisfied with the progress so requested for cancellation. However, I was offered interior package as compensation and been told the project is still on track.

Again, when I visited India in 2011, Station 4 was not even started. After many negotiations on emails and phone calls, I was offered 10K ROI(I would have got 3.5K according to the contract anyways)until end of Dec 2012. When I questioned why until Dec 2012 only? I got a confident written confirmation saying project will be finished by then if not my flat will be cancelled with full refund. However, I have hardly got 4 months ROI in 1.5 years time. I have tried to contact numerous times through emails and making international calls but absolutely no response from your these fraudsters.

Finally, I was lucky enough to talk to someone and have been given Customer service Vice President Contact number but again no luck after trying for at least 20 times over 3 days.

I have been told that the new timeline to finish station 4 is by end of 2018 which will be total of 10 years (if no more slips) since I invested.

Couple of months back I have a filed a case against these fraudsters in National commission. I will keep you posted with proceedings.

Stressful Story of Pooja

I bought a flat in year 2010 and they promised to deliver the flat in year 2011 nov and after that time frame they from year 2012 aug they had to give the penalty on late delivery. But they didn't deliver the flat and not the penalty. And in year 2014 jan they are saying that we will get the flat only if we will pay 40% more than the flat cost. And then i didnt have the money to give them. i requested them to return my money and cancel me flat. Then they gave me the 3 months time to pay me back. And in july finally then gave me the schedule to pay in 3 shifts.

First schedule was 31 July, I am under huge tension as they are not returning my money back. Its 10 July and they are postponing.

They are fraud and they are harrasing me. I am facing huge mental pressure as my life long money is stuck with them. The company owner never pick up the call.

I am facing health issues as i am calling these guys again and again..and now i am not able to handle this tension.

I have paid bank loan for 4 years. And they are trying to close my mouth with some extra money and now they are going to earn alot from my flat.

The bigger issue is that they havent refunded my money back not even a single penny and keep on making excuses.

Please help me getting my money back. I would like them to pay me 2 lac over what they have to give me for this mental trouble and fraud.

Also i need my money back ASAP. As i have my own commitments. PLEASE HELP

Jan 2014 they said that we will get the flat only if we will pay 40% more than the flat cost.I didn’t have the money to give them. Feb 2014 i opted for cancellation and refund of my money starting from June 2014. From Feb to June they paid me nothing.

Person named Appa Rao gave me 3 months schedule:

1)      4,73,963 /- Rs on 30^th June 2014
2)      552956 /- Rs on 31^th July 2014
3)      (552956 + 280500) on Aug 30^th 2014.

I was continuously Mailing CEO of Aliens "HARI CHALLA". He never responded back in these 5 months.

June 30 2014, i was trying to contact Appa Rao. He didn’t respond. Person name Miskeen came in the picture to help me. Whole July i was waiting for my first instalment.Then on 1st Aug 2014 after so much stress and so many international calls. I got 2 lakh, that too on the name of obligation. That i need to be obliged that i have got my own money back. That was not even complete first instalment. Mean while i was trying to continously calling Hari Challa.. once i recived back an email saying madam you will get your payment.

This was already too much stress from Feb 2014 to Aug 2014 for just 10% of my payment. When i said that i will do court case their attitude was like laughing at me..saying if you will file case against us ..you will actually help us...As court case will take 2-3 years and by then they will have money to give me back. And by then value for this money would be much less..and then they would be happy to pay me. That was the time i was feeling helpless and stuck up with these people.

After all this one thing was clear that its not going to be easy to get money back from these people..As they don’t care what we are going thru. Mean while i started posting my story on all the Alien You-tube videos also registered my complaint online many portals like: Complaint

Aug 2014, Person name Vishnu replied back on my complaint and contacted me on the same. He assured me to help me. he convinced me that i will get money, for that i have to remove you-tube comments and reply positive on web complaint. Within a day i did everything. As i was going thru alot of stress and just wanted to come of this mess at any cost. Also he convienced me to help them selling their flats in Alien Elite, and if i will be able to make the deal thru my reference i will get whle money in one shot.

Whole Aug and Sept 2014 i was trying to get them references just for the sake of my money. Although i was out of India still i took it as a saviour way and did my best to provide them more than 20 reference. Which because of Vishnu poor selling skills he wasn’t able to crack the deal thats what he said. And also he didn’t pay me anything till that time and i was working for him as a fool to get my money back, as getting references was my job.

Then i got some family issue on 20th Sept and i needed money urgently. Then i had no other way than calling vishnu for the same. I literally begged him to give money as i did everything he wanted from me..from removing youtube comments to getting references. Then after a long international call, he transferred 1 lakh.

Vishnu really harassed me menatly in this situation. Then also i didn’t stop to help him with the hope to get some money in oct 2014 when i needed money in india for my personal obligations. Which he agreed to.He promised that he will pay me good amount on 3rd oct 2014. But he kept on delaying and then on 14 Oct 2014 he told me that he will pay 2 lakh. And then on 15th Oct 2014 he paid 1 lakh and not 2 lakh. I really felt helpless with these people. As what they say and what they do never matches. Then after paying these small amounts they want to be obliged for these payments. I have added comments back on you-tube videos and complaints back on.

Then i decided to go to hyderabad from delhi via air specially to meet these people personally. It was surprising to see Hari Attitude. He was laughing and saying that weather i remove comments from you tube or not it doesn’t affect him. And monst surprising was when he said..why i didn’t contact him..as they were paying 1 lakh every month to many people.That was socking as i was trying to reach him by all the mediums( Calls, Emails, Viber, Whatsapp) since Feb 2014. Such a waste these people are. Then he said me to leave his office and he said he will pay me 1 lakh every month and for for November he will pay 1 lakh by 3rd November and vishnu promised me 1 lakh more near 20th nov 2014.

Its 19th Nov they haven’t paid me even 1 lakh. Its an everyday struggle with them now.

Its my Story till date.

FACT: From Feb 2014 to Nov 2014- They haven’t paid me even 1st instalment as what they promised.

Questions:

1. Do I Deserve this struggle and everyday stress?

2. Did I ever signed up for this? I wanted a flat to live happily.

3. Who will pay the bank interest i paid for 3.5 Years

4. Why I need to be in loss, if they will earn much more from my flat.

5. Who is responsible for the health issues i am facing because of this stress they are giving me every day.

6. Buying a flat ever means this?

7. Who will pay for the international calls to these people?

I want each of you facing the same with Aliens, lets unite and make other people aware that its not worth to put our hard earned money into these kind of projects where people doesn’t care.
